Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic usage data such as pages visited and device type (see Cookies, tracking and analytics below).

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, contact you about your loan options by phone, text or email when you agree to it, and improve this website. Loan applications are handled through Edge Home Finance Corporation's secure application system and are governed by its privacy notice.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Edge Home Finance Corporation and service providers who help us respond to you, or when required by law.

Text messaging

Our text messaging program, Renee Damron Home Loan Texts, sends messages about your home loan inquiry, such as replies to your questions, appointment reminders and loan updates.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in a form on this website and checking the optional, unchecked box agreeing to receive text messages. Opting in is not required to submit a form and is not a condition of any purchase. We record the date, time and page of your consent.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your inquiry and loan progress. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and we don't sell or share browsing data for advertising. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit) to keep the site secure and running. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube sets no cookies until you press play; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Partner sites we link to, such as the online application and soft credit check, may use their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How we protect your information

This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions go directly to our secure customer relationship management system over an encrypted connection, where access is limited to Renee Damron and the staff who help her serve you, protected by passwords and account permissions. We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or income on this website; loan applications use Edge Home Finance Corporation's secure application system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
